License The place to go to get your license is the "Muroor" (hey I just spell it how I hear it – good luck getting anyone to understand your "London to Cairo" learned Arabic). Now the "Muroor" is kind of like the DVLA in the UK except it is the central place for pretty much all things car related. So you can get your insurance done there, pay fines, new plates, etc etc. As far as I know the police are connected to it. The offices are spread out all over the City, the one we went to was in Heliopolis. I will try to get a list of them and their whereabouts for my subscribers ONLY. (Yes the Diva is coming out now).
